- Access and transport: The house is in a pedestrian zone, which offers tranquility but can complicate vehicle access and parking. Check nearby options when planning your trip.
- Safety: The house has stairs, which could pose a problem for elderly people or those with reduced mobility. The upper terrace is not a safe area for children to be unsupervised. Always supervise children to ensure their safety.
