- Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room).
- Kitchen and living room: modern open-plan kitchen that opens onto the living-dining room for added convenience.
- Bathrooms and amenities: 2 full bathrooms and a toilet; it also has a large dressing room.
- Outdoor and leisure: patio for having coffee or enjoying the outdoors, large terrace with sofa, sun loungers, table, and barbecue. The property has a large communal pool with sea views.
- Accessibility and safety: there are stairs in different areas; not ideal for people with reduced mobility. The upper terrace requires constant supervision for the safety of children.
- Public transportation is limited.
OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS
- Access to the communal pool from 9:00 AM to 10 PM.
- 🐶 We are pet friendly with pets up to 15 kilos, excluding dangerous breeds.
- We have a playpen and high chair available upon request.
- Check-in from 3 PM to 10 PM.
- Check-out until 11 AM.
- Please respect the quiet hours from 11 PM to 10 AM.
